Just a quick note to all artists: you don't need to submit your work more than once.

I've noticed that when I go to approve artwork in the queue, some entries are submitted multiple times within a short period. If your entry doesn't show up right away, please be patient. We all get busy and it may take a couple hours for someone to approve it.

If it's been several days or longer and your art has not been approved or rejected, you may leave a message. Perhaps we didn't receive it. But there's no need to submit the same art multiple times on the same day.

ALSO, if your art is rejected, don't try to resubmit it. There's probably a reason it was not approved. If you have questions or think there was a mistake, please ask! We'll be happy to help. But we're trying to keep the queue from being overloaded with multiple submissions of the same art, or repeat offenders.

I've come across several submissions of perfectly nice art that was in fact stolen. Someone who did not make the artwork had uploaded it to DA and was trying to submit it to the group as their own. This is against our rules, and DA's rules also. Do not do this, or if you see it being done, report that person. Art theft is not nice
